Competitive Insights specializes in business research and competitive intelligence with a focus on marketing, business development and expansion.Michelle Fennimore, its principal, has over 25 years of experience in market research including nine years on Madison Avenue overseeing advertising research for national brands.
Michelle started Competitive Insights 1999, working with clients ranging from large international businesses to small startups.Projects range from competitive intelligence to product and business feasibility studies, customer satisfaction surveys and traditional market research surveys. She also works extensively with the WA State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, conducting research and writing business plans for their clients.
Michelle is also a contributing author to Introduction to Online Company Research (Thomson Learning 2004).
